Event Rooms
McCoys Conference Center offers over 5,300 square feet of conference capabilities to accommodate up to 400 guests. Each of the three individual units within the Conference Center have climate and lighting control. When used as one large meeting room it is perfect for any size or type of gathering.
We also offer our courtyard with a seasonal outdoor pool, hot tub, and picnic area. The courtyard is ideal for casual gatherings and receptions.
Another option is our restaurant located here at McCoys Inn is the Cafe Acropolis. With two private areas, Cafe Acropolis can accommodate breaks and luncheons for up to 130 guests.
Available to all guests are fax and copy services at a small fee located at the registration desk in our lobby. Meeting equipment such as flip charts, VCRs, televisions and overhead projectors are available upon request at a minimal charge. We also provide full-service catering for conferences and banquets.
